If you have a medical emergency and cannot reach the Assistance Center, go to the nearest medical facility. You have 24 hours to report the emergency to our center after receiving care.

If your baggage is lost during the trip, first file a claim with the airline and obtain the loss report they provide. Once you have that report, contact us with the document so we can help track and recover your baggage.

Be sure to keep all relevant documents, such as photos, reports, prescriptions, and receipts. Having these will make assistance easier and can serve as evidence if needed.
